Daylight Saving Time
What often confuses traders looking for markets to open, close or data to come out is the Daylight Saving Time (DST). DST are being implemented in USA at the 2. Sunday of March and the 1. Sunday of November every year at 2:00 AM.
In spring of each year the Chicago Time Zone (CTZ) is because of DST then UTC -5 hours and when CTZ moves back to Central Standard Time (CST) in November the time in Chicago is UTC -6 hours.
