The Forex Trading Hours differs depending on:
- What crosses you’re trading (fx. XAUUSD, EURUSD and so on)
- If it is day light saving time at central stock exchanges geography
- If it is a Holliday at central stock exchanges geography
As an example it’s normal that Forex Trading Hours for forex crosses such as XAUUSD and EURUSD are open 23 hours a day on workdays. If we take EST as example that would be from 6 AM to 5 AM.
